Opening Hours
We are open Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm for counselling. Please call for an appointment. Appointments are on the hour and last 50 minutes; the first at 10am, the last at 6pm.
The phone lines are staffed from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please leave a message if we are not there and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are experiencing an immediate mental health crisis please use one of the emergency/ out of hours numbers.
