Before making a referral, please check our referral criteria for accepting new clients.

Use the form below to make a referral to us, whether you are an individual or an organisation.  Please read our Counselling Terms of Service.

Please fill out all the details and click send. We will then phone you to make an assessment appointment, so please be prepared for us to call you
from our number 01227 766441. If we cannot reach you first time we will try another 2 times before we stop. We will not leave a phone message, so
please get back to us if you have a missed call from our number.
